air lock in power steering

How to remove air lock in 580 c power steering pump?
Replaced seal in power steering column.
No power when wheels are on the ground.

I'm not quite sure but i would think,,
lifting the wheels off the ground and turning them back and forth should do the trick.

What he said only turn them from lock to lock. ALL the way back and forth, with it running.
