There was a time not long ago when fields were plowed with oxen. Hay was cut with scythes, raked and loaded with pitch forks, and hauled into the barn. The first balers had people tying the knots. And now we're here!!!

Do combines drive themselves yet?

In fact, perhaps you could call a combine a robot.

I read that the use of AI-based robots is on the rise in Japanese agriculture. The country has also invested significantly in AI research and development, so I guess we will see more new interesting machines soon.
I've also talked to a guy from invastor customer service and was surprised how widely AI is used today.
