Depending on just where she was at when she discovered the rear wheel missing, is there a possibility that she lost it in the field, or did she notice it missing before unloading the tractor?
If she found it when she reloaded the tractor and was tieing down, I would start walking the field while it was still short enough to find the wheel. Finding it the next time you mow might bring on additional expenses in tires or mower parts.
You probably already know the answer to this.

wheel was attached at my house, not there at the customer's house.
