You mention that you were going to cut grass with it mostly. Here what I was told by a dealer that sold both Kioti and Kubota. Don't even consider the Kioti if want a midmount deck. He said he wouldn't sell it to me. He went on to say that if you were mainly going to cut grass with machine get the kubota. If you were going to use it mostly for other things than grass cutting get the Kioti. This is not to say the Kubota will not do it but the Kioti is alot heavier machine and can handle it better. Instead of get the Ck30 or Ck 35 I ended up purchasing a B3030. I would of purchased a 7800 but I was lucky and purchased a used 3030 with 4.5 hrs on it that came with everything I wanted for 3500 less than the best price I found for a new 7800. I love it but I will say if you have a fine turf lawn get turf tires. Having the R-4 shouldn't bother you because I think you said you cut grass with it but you not really crazy over the lawn. Make sure you get a front end loader. I use it all the time. Saves the back with halling lumber, manure, compost mulch and anything else you can think of.
