Adjusting hydraulic pressure ?

is there a way to adjust the hydraulic pressure for a front end loader ? I have some bales of hay I am having trouble picking up with the front end loader.
I have a 38hp. Montana tractor

Find out what the relief setting should be and go from there.

I would get the relief pressure specs as JJ said. Then I would get a gauge and check the pressure at one of the FEL hoses. Most pressure relief valves can be adjusted but I would stay near specs.
