Additive Measuring user friendly way

HI,

I am looking for Fuel Additive Measuring Device which should be user friendly.

My purpose is to mix 1 ml of additive oil to 5 Liters of Gasoline / Diesel.

Please suggest....

G'day Mate and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

Perhaps I'm not reading your post correctly but; using a measuring cup (pour in 1ml) then pour it into a 5ltr container/jerrycan of petrol/diesel.

If the metric containers are not readily available in NY, nip across the boarder to Canada and purchase there. (Princess Auto & Canadian Tire, come to mind)

I bought a cup at a grocery store. It's labeled in both.

Stop in your local veterinary clinic and pick up large syringe body. I have used them for years for precise small measurements.

I have a measuring cup - calibrated in ounces & milliliters. Use it to add Power Service - Cetane Boost to my 5 gallon jerry cans of diesel fuel.

Search for "lab measuring glass" or plastic. Tall and skinny containers make it very easy to accurately measure small quantities.
I use one that is about an inch in diameter and 7 or 8 inches tall and has a wide base.

Use a marked syringe as Bud says. I don't care how good you are, you're not going to measure out 1ml with a measuring cup.

I just open the jug and pour some in, no measuring. A few oz. I don't think it matters that much... Some times I treat 6 gallon can, sometimes I just put some in tractor or RTV directly. HS

When I comes to fuel additive, a little more is not detrimental.
Use some sort of simple small known sized container and eyeball it from there.

Some ideas:
Baby food container
Hair dye bottle
Spice containers
Dollar store measuring cup
