Adding Fit-Rite Top n' Tilt to LS XR4046HC

You might notice that the hoses, to the side link, rub against the Delta Hook release bar. Installed a length of 3/4" heat shrink tubing on the bar to created more rounded corners and a slicker surface for hoses to rub against.
