Looks like you're about done. Not to beat a dead horse about the break away, but in California, I'm 99% certain it is a requirement. Anyway, you've apparantly got one.

You probably know this already, but once you're up and running and have had a chance to get the brakes seated, etc, when you adjust your controller, it will reuire a light setting for an empty load and an increase in braking for a loaded trailer. The latter setting may drag the tires when empty. Experiment with it, you'll figure it out no problem.

Being in the gold rush country and all the mountains, the brakes will be a welcome addition.
