Add Postion Control to X Series

Has anybody added some version of a position control to an X-series for use in landscaping and grading? Although I understand that it's usually a hydraulic feedback circuit, I wondered if anyone clever had fabricated a poor man's mechanical limiting type version for these smaller tractors.

I have the depth limiter on mine which is really a mechanical stop. It is located rear of the tractor. But the X744 of mine does not have a draft control like my 1070, which will lift up a rear implement like a scarafier if the going gets rough.
