After we left AAA we went with a top rated insurance company whose name I cannot remember. :laughing: Then we bought the land and a tractor. The tractor was insured via JD but when I paid off the loan I needed insurance. The insurance company we had did not have a clue on how to insure the tractor. We gave NC Farm Bureau a call. The did know how to insure the tractor and their rates on the house and cars were much cheaper. :thumbsup: We now have an agent who knows us and is very responsive. :thumbsup:
We have had a couple of claims with NCFB and they have been great. No muss no fuss they just did what needed to be done. They have a great reputation among lawyers for doing what they are supposed too in a timely fashion unlike other big name insurance companies.
