A journey begins & an era ends ... I say goodbye to my R4047

Well ... it's time to say goodbye to my R4047. Sold her to a gentleman thru the forum here, and I'll be transporting her to Nebraska. Changed the oil in the truck and got her all loaded up on the trailer; I'll be heading out tonight after midnight.

I'll be stopping at "Iowa Farm Equipment" on the way, almost directly in the middle actually ... picking up a new implement for the tractor to bring home. Actually, they're an LS dealer too.

Should be a nice trip, hopefully the weather stays mild so the roads are clear. If any interesting photo ops present themselves, I'll be sure to share them.
