Mike, it's great to hear of her steady recovery and that she has come home. I hope she continues to recover during the holidays. Tell her to not worry about stuff and relax. Stress is a big part of hypertension and heart disease. Get her a big container of "No Salt" salt substitute for Christmas. I use it all the time and don't miss salt or salty snacks. Our overly-salted food certainly contributes to high BP.
