89 ford yt16 transmission

My 89 yt has been a great tractor until now.it would slip out of gear but was manageable if i held the gear selector in place.Now its not going into any gear but reverse when started,sound like its trying to get 5th though,when its not started and i put it into gear the wheels catch like its in gear when i push it.could this be a simple belt or a new transmiision. if thats the case then i guess ill just have to redo everything on it.yay!!!

I had my transmission replaced it cost 900.00 dollars. If your selling any parts off of your machine let me know.
