855 PTO Question

Could be you have something stuck or broken? Might be worth removing the metal cover plate around the control and have a look. My control can be turned with one finger.

I am so happy to have you guys discuss the 855 I really am getting a lot of good information.. Since I have your attention Have any of you attached LED lights to your Roll bar if so why not share the HOW YOU DID ITS...

That's always a possibility. I suspect it's more likely that components in there are worn out. When I've the cover off, nothing looks out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, I only have this machine as reference so I don't know how a new one should perform. When I got it, I didn't know the loader had a float function. Not until I rebuilt the linkage and discovered that it does, in fact, have float.

I have some traditional halogen lights attached. I use a relay triggered by the regular headlights and draw power directly off the battery. Lights work very well.
