841 lift linkage adj

Hey guys, I have completely gone through the entire hydraulic system on my old 841 and everything works well but I do have one issue. The lift raises and lowers as it should but it doesn't drop as far as it should, I attached my box blade and with the control lever all the way down the box blade barely sits on the ground. Is it possible that I didn't get something in the internal linkage adjusted correctly?

What position is your mode selector lever in - Draft Control or Position Control?

Try changing the mode selector with tractor running and see if the arms go all the way down.

It's in position control,I tried swapping to draft but get the same result

I checked myself this evening and it does drop to the ground when put into draft mode but pops up and inch or two when put into position control

That indicates an alignment of the internal linkage is in order. The I&T FO-20 shop manual gives procedures for making the adjustments without any of the Nuday tools.

Your original post indicates you had previously adjusted the linkage - What did you use for a reference?
