7730 three point hitch

I was plowing along, got to the headland and couldn't raise the plow, I was able to get the plow up using the switches at the back one time. got it home but now it won't move in either direction. dealer said two days before they can get a look at it. Anyone know of anything common I could try. any help at all would be appreciated.

Does your hitch control valve have a manual override? Check your operators manual.
Might be the position sensor failed, or its wiring/connector.
Or the solenoid on the hitch control valve, or its wiring/connector.

Restart the tractor, Happened on my 7230R when I was plowing. I restarted the machine then everything was operational again.
