First get the shop manual and start checking the pressure and the relays if yours is a later version.
Check you transmission fluid level and filter.

the back pump on that tractor in two pumps made into one u have a high side and a low side the high side is for the remotes and lift to and the low side is for the pto and dual power. if ur pto is working then the pump is fine. now the pressure line comes from your hyd pump (at the bottom of the pump u should have had to put a 90 degree fitting in with ether one or two lines, one if 4wd and 1 if 2wd if u put a new pump in) the line will be connected to the 90 degree fitting running towards the front of the tractor the line will go into the bellhousing of the tractor and at the bellhousing is where the fiter is where the line connects to the fitting on the dual power (u can access this while the tractor is still together) u must take of the line and pull the screen out the side of the tractor is is about 1.5 in's long and the size around of a pencil and made out of screen so just was it and put back in. what i believe has happen is when the old pump went out some of the shavings was still in the tractor and has got into this filter if so i would advise u to drain all the hy oil and filter and change then run a little bit and change the filter again. i just got done working on a customers tractor that the dp burned up in because the pump went out and stopped up the line and starved the dp for oil and it cost about 4000 in parts because how long he let it go

does the tractor have a engine mounted pump also if so they should work the remotes if the bottom pump goes out (i am telling u this so u dont have to put anymore pumps in when not needed)
