732 bobcat no start

I’ve read so many articles of no start for a Clark bobcat Ford engine , but I don’t read how they repaired the problem.
new points set at .025
New zenith carb
New plugs
New coil
Timing set at 12 btdc
Compression is low , but should at least try to start

Welcome to TBN. It takes fire, fuel and compression to run. You have already pointed out that it is low compression but it still should hit. You also said timing is set at 12 btdc so I assume you used a timing light to check that. If so, it must be firing.

This leaves fuel. Will it hit on some carburetor cleaner?

Are you SURE your point gap is correct? That sounds wide to me. How did you check your timing? If the gap is incorrect the timing will be a bit off. You can remove the plugs and put a small amount of oil in each cylinder to up the compression a bit. With a plug pulled and connected does it spark when the engine turns over? Is it getting fuel to the carburetor? Through the carburetor? Is the float set correctly? A shot of ether in the air intake should get some action if you're getting spark.

I turned the motor over by hand
Having an extra spark plug attached to the number one plug wire it fires as soon as it reaches 12 degree mark.
also it is on compression stroke on number one cylinder. Just before it reaches the top of cylinder.
also rotor is pointing to number one in the distributor.
it will not hit on carb cleaner.

Point gap is .025, new points and condenser from bobcat.
I have put oil in the cylinders , did not improve compression.
the spark is weak when cranking, but
Has a spark.
it could be wiring, when cranking the voltage should be more than the six volts while cranking.
I’m trying to find wiring diagram to the ignition and how it hooks up to the starter.
my bobcat don’t have these showing.
