Does any one use the quick attach on their 7308 ?? How about a price?? Aftermarket or NH ??

Have seen the quick attach for the 7308, I believe it was on Ebay from one of the NH dealers. Do not recall the price. Personally I would not go with the quick attach on the 7308 because of the weight of the quick attach and the limited lift ability of the loader itself.

Well since I viewed your message I guess I have to reply - your rules.
I would think adding the couple inches of forward would make the rear end lighter & reduce useful lift, as well as reducing lift by the #'s of the adaptor.
So, if I needed to switch buckets a lot & never had to max out my lift, I'd spend the money.
If I only switched buckets every month or so, and needed max lift out of my gravel pit all the time, i wouldn't waste the money.
If you could phrase your question with a bit more info, it would help to give you useful answers. How do you intend to use the loader?
I do not have one, because I only have the one bucket, & I need all the lift I can get out of the current setup.

As I fell into a good deal on the 7308 loader assy, I want to use it to take the place of a small skid-steer (NH LS120) at my home property that I use for multiple tasks. On the skidsteer, I have the std bucket, a pallet fork attachment,small cable plow, and a myers snow plow I cut down to 5' for the small skidsteer. Having the loader on then TC33 now eliminates the need for 2 separate machines & will take an extra engine powered machine out of the maintaince schedule. The LS120 skidsteer is rated to lift about 750# so I won't be giving up much lift by going to only the TC33. I'll probably sell the LS 120, and then get the quic-tach and a couple skidsteer attachments, as well as several blank plates for making up my own attachments from time to time.

If you have that many attachments & a skid steer, then I'd look for the adaptor as well.
On my 1720 NH tractor, I would not want to give up the lift force tho, as I tend to max it out as it is. I'm not sure what the lift force of that loader on a 33 is rated at/ going to be, just want you to be aware of that issue - if it is one for you. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

What is the lift (weight) rating on the 7308 ?? The tractor is not going to be used every day for loader work, but will load & unload trucks & trailers with stuff on pallets, and an occaisional 55 gallon drum of fuel, & a few RR ties every now & then.

When I bought my DX33 last year, I was in the process of building a new house. I also have the L130 loader (same as the 7308, just red). I wanted the quick attach bucket system so that I could use pallet forks to move brick around my house. My father is a bricklayer and we layed about 14,000 brick on my new home.
With the quick attach plate on the loader and the pallet forks attached, I could easily pick up 2 bands of brick, have them on the ends of my forks, and set them on the scaffold (6' high). (105 brick per band at roughly 3# per brick, times 2 bands = 630lbs) I could also pick up 3 bands (945lbs) about 12" high (no further) and move them where I wanted them. This made the rear end very light, and would not have been possible without front wheel assist and my 6" box blade on back.
I got the quick attach for the loader and a plate to adapt my bucket thrown in with the deal for the tractor. I did see the invoice though, and I think it was around $800~$900 total, for both pieces. The dealer got them from Kasco Manufacturing out of Shelbyville, Indiana. They did have a website (kascomfg.com), but I was just there and it does not seem to be working. You may ask your dealer if they are familiar with them though. I know when I was putting the deal together, I called Kasco and they don't sell directly to the consumer, you must go threw a dealer. I did talk to the engineer that designed the system though, and he was very helpful.
Needless to say, I love mine and I am glad I got it! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
