7272 hydraulics

I have a Cub 7272 and last year I bought a subframe mount and woods backhoe for it. To attach the hoe, you have to remove the threepoint arms, turnbuckles, etc. Now, whenever I take the hoe off and put the arms back on, the threepoint won't lift as high..in fact by several inches. This is with no equipment on the hitch either. Is there an adjustment I need to make to the linkage or something? It shows a good oil level on the dipstick? Any ideas?
