72\" MMM for L3430HST

It seems to me that I've read somewhere in this forum that the 72"MMM for the Kubota L3430HST is not compatible with R4 industrial tires. Apparently, they rub against the deck while turning. Does anyone know this to be true? I'd appreciate any deails on the subject. Thanks.

Yes this is true. I have a similar L3130 (same frame) and was having the 72"MMM mounted with R4's, the dealer called and said the R4's were rubbing the deck. To which I responded, "Naw that can't be." He invited me to come look (dealer close by on a workday so I was in town) and sure enough the tires rub the backside of the mower deck and the R4 sidewalls rubbed against the anti-scalp wheels on one side. Anyway, I decided to get the AG tires instead.
