I beleive it is called a Dynamo. It should be located directly behind the fan.

Yep, if you look you can see 2 wires coming out from behind the pulley. It doesn't put out very much (about 90 watts), just enough to keep the battery topped off. I attached a breakdown, you can see the wires behind the 001 part.

If I wasn't such a nice guy, I'd take offense to that statement. Actually, my first Kubota was a B7100HST with a loader. Nice tractor and I still have the factory shop manual if you are interested? Yes it is a dynamo, it is 90 watts and it's a permanent magnet type. Lets see, that was 7 Kubota's ago........... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here's a wiring diagram. I'm not sure if it's the exact same as your tractor though.
