My 7074 3 point lift arms are "stuck" in the uppermost position. Can't get them to lower. The controls for hitch are electronic. Any help will be appreciated. Del

Mine did the same thing. Ended up putting a toggle switch replacing knobs. Ran a wire from battery and hooked the toggle switch up.
