6D Series PTO Problem

I have a 6D series tractor (6130D) with less than 150 hrs and the PTO seized up. Dealer replaced the unit within a week which was great. I wonder if any other 6D Series owners have had or heard of PTO unit problems with these tractors. Any failure like this so soon gets me really worried about the reliability of this machine.

I have no experience with this tractor, but I would not be too worried yet. Tractors are a very intricate piece of machinery and it is possible to have early failures. One or two more I would start to worry.
