699 steering pump pressure

What should the hydrostatic steering pump pressure be? My tractor wont steer and I've only got 600 psi.

G'day can't find my 699 book at the moment but from memory it should be around 1500 - 1800 psi the relief should be set to. Have you checked the filter in the pwr steer pump?
