Wolfman,
yes there is an adjustment - the three sping loaded bolts with locking nuts on the flange - should be .018- .020" clearance between the disc and even all around. Tighten or loosen to achieve clearance
Look on line for 682 PTO adjustment and you will find it, also if you google 682 manual you will find one.
