The pulley on the hydraulic pump is cracked - is this the correct replacement?

I ask because the one pictured doesn't look right - no splined hub shown and holes to attach this part look wrong

Has any one else had this problem and bought the part in the catalogue - or able to provide pics of their 20 series hydraulic pump pulley for comparison?

Thanks

Scott,
It looks like you removed the pulley mounting hub in the second photo. The pulley is held on with 4 bolts to the hub. Just take the pulley to your Mahindra dealer. I had mine replaced, when it cracked in warranty, in one day.

I just went out in the dark and took this photo.Mahindra Hyd Pulmp Pulley.jpg

Now I am thinking straight. I just remembered I had it all on CD. Look at the smaller window in the diagram. Mine, and looks like yours...........is Exculsive For Extended Camshaft. Item #22 is where the pulley mounts with 4 each item #24. I do remember the bolts are m8.

The * number just above item 2 is the sub assy main drive pulley. As you can see there are 2 groove pulleys and a single grove pulleys. We have the single groove pulley.Hyd. Pump Diagram.jpgHyd. Pump Parts Callout.jpg I think item 22 is what you took off in your second photo and didn't need to do that.
Bottom line, take the old part to a Mahindra dealer. Part numbers have changed numerous times over the years since this CD was made.

Ya I removed the splined hub... this part will need to be attached to the new pulley

You sure about that? My pulley is changed by loosening the belt and removing 4 bolts. That is all.

You totally rock.

Thanks. I have lost count how many times I have gone out in the cold, dark night to take photos for folks on TBN. My pleasure. How close are you to a Mahindra dealer?
hugs, Brandi
