644a problems

Im having problems with my 644A J.D. running sluggish (no power) I've changed the fuel filter but I'm unsure as to where to start after that.I do know the tranny is getting tierd.All the lubricants are full.Is there a way to test the injector pump?Is there a way to know if it's a turbo problem?
