64 Case 530 CK

Hi I pulled the carb off, it was leaking gas so I figure its a good time to clean it up and check the N&S and see if the float has any rot holes. In any event its a 13106 Zenith, now all apps show that to be for a 580 Case Now I have had this for 4 yrs, but it is possible it was replaced yrs ago etc. Is there a rebuild kit for this carb, new N&S, Float, and Gasket. Also does anyone know if the t on the needle is supposed to have a spring on it, mine does not, and seems sloppy. Finally are these like most carbs bring in all the screws and back them out 2 turns and fire it up? My Needle seems to be out about 5-7 turns. Thanks
