Anyone else have problems with the A/C have had 2 years and everytime I use it after about 3 hours it stops blowing air and have to go find a hill and lean it to the side to get the water to drain out then it will work fine for another 3 hours and does it again. Have had it at dealer atleast 5 times and nothing. I keep telling him that it doesn't drip any water out the drain tubes while using it once it stops working you have to turn the ac off and go tilt it on a hill to get the water to drain. To me when the fan motor is on it pulls a vaccum and doesn't allow the water to drain and it builds up until it blocks all the air from ducts once you turn the fan off and lean it just a bit it dumps out and then works fine again. He says its freezing up for some reason but that is not what is happening my warrenty on the A/C is fixing to expire and it still does not work anybody else have this issue and what was the fix.

Blow into the drain tube from the bottom and try to blow out anything that might be plugging it.

Have your dealer check and see if your tractor has the update done to the drain hoses, if not they can kink and not drain the water out.

They have the updated hose and nothing is blocking the hose soon as you turn the fan motor off the water pours out of the hoses somehow its pulling a vaccum when running.

I have the 6110 and had the AC drain problem as well. The factory had a kit that cured my issues. I asked my dealer what the fix was and he said the main issue that fixed the drain hose was installing a long spring inside the hose preventing it from collapsing and choking off the flow of condensation drainage. Your dealer may have inserted the spring inside the drain hose, but it could have moved out of position or they placed it in the wrong place and you are still getting a collapsed drain hose. It's pretty basic draining inside the cab I'd check out that hose....I'd bet the spring is the issue. Best of luck!!

They have done that as well.

Sounds like the evaporator coil is freezing up. Happens from not having enough air moving through it. Sometimes dirty, leaks it intake ducting or low fan speed.

or the drain is plugged allowing the water to build up in the collector tray, touching the coil, and freezing the coil.
