60" Howard Rotovator

I need to find an input pto yoke for this Howard Rotovator. I can't find the model number on it as the tag is missing. Can anyone ID the model and recommend where to get a yoke? Thanks, Ed

looks like a 1 3/8” 6 spline, same as tractor side
