I have a CK30HST what size RFM would be the best? I have 8.5 acres relatively clear with sporadic trees so in regards to getting into tight spaces it isn't an issue. Will a 7' be too much for the PTO?

It will run either or but I would go with the 6 footer the 7 footer will be pushing your tractor to the limit.

Six footer would be just right. That's what I use and as Rick stated, the seven would be pushing it. I generally mow in mid-range with my hst flat to the floor and the rpm's do drop when going up a hill so I back off a bit. The six foot is also a nice fit for the machine. By the way, I suggest the Woods PRD7200.
