#6 backhoe

A local guy has a #6 backhoe for sale...with the subframe.
What tractors does this fit?

Good question. I've never heard of a #6 backhoe. Even the puny little 655 uses the #7.

I just got a glimpse when I was driving by...it's probably a #8. IIRC, the #8 (or #8A) was used on the 970, 1070 and early 990 tractors.

If I remember correctly, one of our long gone TBNers, Arribil, modified a #8A to fit his 4200 CUT.
