5ft finish mower

I have a 5ft King cutter used one season behind my small tractor mower is like new .I only used it behind a 1401Yanmar to mow 3-acres . I bought another property and im moving. the other property doesnt need a mower because its heavily wooded. Whats it worth or what should i ask for it?
