5784C Doesn’t Move

I have a 5784C with 610 hours on it. Tractor is new to me but was wel cared for. We use it at our landscape company and I believe the guys have been riding the clutch. Tractor has been very slow in all gears with no movement in 4 on the range. Today we parked it for maintenance and it would barely climb a small grade. When we started it back up we have no movement after shifting through all of the gears. I’m thinking that the clutch is probably gone in it as much as I hate to admit it. We’ve checked all of the fluid, linkage, adjusted the pedals, etc.
