I have a 5525 with an Ml250 loader. I was out yesterday bush hogging and moving some fallen trees around when my loader valve got stuck in the float position. I initially tries to pry it up only to break off the ball for the lever. I had to travel in reverse back to the barn, and removed the loader, when pulling off the hoses all came off ok except the last one was a bear and under severe pressure. What may be causing this issue, is the valve ok, and where can I get a replacement ball for the lever?

Thanks,
Mark

Mark, Sometimes the detent balls in the valve get rusted and cause it to hang up. You can take the rear cap off the spool to get to the detent and clean them up. Your local dealer should be able to get the ball joint.
