5500 FWD

Finally found a good used Mahindra. Stopped by DeltaTractor to get 3510 filters and a 5500 was just traded in on a 7520.
Nice, clean, shedkept 03 with loader. It had a leak in steering cylinder, some pins & drawbar missing and 650 hours.
Price was right and it will have a new home after a complete service and leak repaired.

Good find! The older "'00" series tractors are tough to beat...no unnecessary electronics to go out...mostly all mechanical...one thing you should check....does it have a "newer" battery or is it the original..my original battery lasted 7 years on my 6000, second about 5 years...oh, and the battery is a bear to get to and replace......good luck! I thought it was a good find as well. Midrange tractors a t e hard to find especially Mahindras. I did check the bttery and it is not original but seems strong. I use maintsiners on all my cranking batteries. The 3510 battery lasted 11 yrs.
