5420- questions on 3rd function

I have a 5420 2wd cab with loader. I'd like to add a 3rd function to run a grapple. The cab model tractors with factory loader have levers and not a joystick. See pic
Has anyone installed a 3rd function and how(where) did you add the switch. There is a spot for a third lever but its very inconvenient to operate a grapple in the woods with 3 levers instead of a joystick. Maybe I just do a rake bucket instead.
