Ballast 5303 Front weight

I have a 2008, 5303 with a 7 foot rotary cutter and the front end is very light when the cutter is lifted. Is there anyone out there that has this set-up and what have you done to fix it. I have the main tires filled with beet juice and have been thinking about filling the front tires as well. Is this enough ballast or should I just get some suitcase weights and be done with it?

I to need some weight on my 4105 so I went to salvage yard and bought some suitcase weights
For.29 cents on the pound and made my own mount for them painted jd green
