3-Point Hitch 5203 3 point hitch problem

Maybe being an India build? Wonder if there is a screen filter that picks up that trash? or where that trash resides?

Not sure India build matters-still JD tech and manufacturing. There is a screen that picks it up, but apparently did not work well. Have not had the problem again and it’s been 10 years. I was incorrect on the cost-was about $100 to fix. $250 with transporting tractor.
