5103 rockshaft handles/linkage

I have some questions concerning the three point lift controls on a 5103 straddle mount tractor. I have the PDF service manual (courtesy of JoeCDeere) on the 5420. I've been looking through that, but I'm not sure if the two systems are similar or not.
Can anyone say for sure if the lift system on the two tractors would be the same, somewhat similar, completely different, or what?

totally different tractors built on opposite ends of the world from each other (in more ways than one)
