The two loader "shoes" that attach the buckets/bale spear, etc. are tilting at a different rate. It's difficult for me to synch them to pick up my bucket. They work fine once I have the bucket pinned on. Anybody know how to adjust the pressure or speed?

This may help:
On my 410 loader there is a rod that runs beetween the two "shoes", it is pinned into each shoe with a small 1/4" pin and cotter. When I had the same problem I found one of the pins was sheared.

Look at parts 4, 5 and 8 in the attached picture:D

Thanks for the reply and the time you took to send me the diagram. I actually popped out the whole cross bar last weekend and have since replaced the pins. The problem showed up before I did that. The problem is that my right part #10 moves faster than my left part #10. I'll check all of the pins the next couple of days to see if I broke one and report back.

Well, if the pins are OK then I think you will just have to live with it. I know mine will get about 4" or so out of wack, but I just push them against the bucket or forks as I try to hook the top in place.
