I picked up my loader today. 540M with third function. It was ordered but not used for a different model so some of the brackets are a little different. I chose to mount it myself, since I currently don't have a way of hauling the tractor. It does not have the single point connector, but my tractor does. It did come with all the hoses, etc. to hook it up as individual lines, so I have to decided which way I want to go.
I did end up going with Euro, Global, whatever it is called. It would be Dec before I could get the loader if I ordered the skid mount.
Could anyone share some pictures of the hydraulic hook ups on the side?

I'll have my loader on today and will take a few pics. I thought I had some but I must have deleted them. I have 2 SP connectors. One for the loader and one for the third function attachments. I have a Limb Hog saw, post hole digger, grapple bucket.

I think you’ll like that 540m loader, pretty stout. You’re definitely gonna want some sort of counterweight for it . The heavy hitch is working out good however it needs a stand of some sort to make it possible to hitch up with the weights left on it. It won’t stand on it’s own , also the 3pt pins are mounted low . If I hadn’t built that dolly I’d of welded a permanent stand to the bottom, maybe 10” tall. I surely didn’t want to unload and load the weights each time I wanted to take it off or put on.
So did your tractor come with the 3rd function hoses installed (6hoses)? As long as you’ve got that sp connector already installed on the tractor id think you’d want to use it . Did it come with both half’s? Or just the bottom half?
Here’s a picture of my standard connection, I very seldom take the loader off . I also installed my own R loader on 5m , everything just came on a big pallet. The R loader I made my own custom quick connector bulkhead and incorporated the front mud guard holder in one unit.
Pics of the right side of your tractor would be nice.

Thanks for the pictures, that helps. My tractor came with everything including the bottom half of the SP connector. The loader was ordered for a different series tractor(not sure which one) so the brackets, hoses, etc.. aren't exactly right(just figured some of this out). Also, it came with all fittings, hoses, etc.. to mount like yours, dealer said he didn't like SP due to all the leaks, so I decided for the time being to do the six connectors.
I did get the loader on today but have not put the EURO plate on yet. I feel like the hoses are close to the exhaust but maybe it's normal.
I'll try to post some pics tomorrow.

There is one more set of holes that I could bolt that plate out farther but my hoses are too short to do that. The loader came with different hoses, but they are way too long.

That stainless steel J hook you have holding the hoses is actually made for a 5M . It bolts to the bottom of the 5M loader mount post (different than 5E loader mount) and holds the hydraulic hoses back as they come out of the lower 6hole bulkhead. Keeps the front tire from snagging them. Here’s a better picture of the proper bracket to keep them distanced from exhaust on 5E .

Makes since.

Bush hogging, loader work, disc, and winter feeding. I probably have too large of a tractor but plan for more acreage and I’ve tried the smaller frame tractors and have never been satisfied.
