5075 E three point hitch creeps down

Hi My new (380 hours) 5075 E, three point hitch has started to creep down and then try's to re set the height. So it keeps creeping down and then goes up and then creeps down again. It started when I put the MX7 cutter on. the cutter has been on a lot of times before.
Any suggestions. Thanks.
I suspect the seals inside are leaking by.

I took the tractor to the dealer I bought it from and they say the lift cylinder for the three point hitch has blown seals and is leaking by. It is going in for repairs Thursday.
