Everything about the purchase has been pleasant and surprisingly easy... setting aside his offer to extend me 0% financing for 72 months, he even went so far as to reach out in an email to tell me to wait until an upcoming Ride Green event, so that I could cash in on an extra $500 discount - even after we had an agreed-upon price. In my experience, just about every salesman I've dealt with before would have hidden that and pocketed it for himself/the dealership. I couldn't be happier!
