I woke this am thinking battery also. Nada. 12.4 v key off, 12.4 v key on, 7.4 volts at all locations between the solenoid through alternator.

Look forward to the other suggestions
so you don't have any voltage between the negative battery post and frame ground?. have you tried a jumper cable from the battery cable on the solenoid to the small solenoid wire, to see if the starter will crank that way?. this kind of problem is definitely a bad connection somewhere.. also, who posted the wiring diagram, I don't see that attachment.. see where you are losing voltage along the battery cable. you could have a bad connection between the battery + and the rest of the tractor caused by a bad connection either between the battery posts and the battery terminal clamp, or the actual cable itself from a corroded terminal that looks fine, but is corroded, those wire terminals do go bad, especially if they use a plated steel connector..

Problem fixed - battery while testing out fine did not have enough crank to it. 2017 battery. On a wild hair I pulled up the truck and jumped it. Still did not have enough crank to start but engine did turn over so I went and got new battery. Bingo all is good.

Radios1 - the negative was fine, no voltage

Thank you all for the encouragement and input.
