5010 Mahindra

My 5010 will start but dies as soon as key is released
Brand new key switch brand new shut off solinode
Fuses are good
The solinode works as should when the key is at crank but the steam is relased when key goes to run power
Any ideas?

Put the key in the “on” position (not started) and start ringing things out with your meter. It sounds like you’ve already changed some parts so I’m assuming you have some basic mechanical knowledge.
Do you have anything in the on position? The normal gauges, initial start up sequence or no power to anything?

The all post at the switch are hot in the on position except the black. And blue ones
I assume the blue to be the starter wire since it goes hot when cracking

Oh and yes all panel lights are working

I guess the problem was resolved. It would sure be nice to know how it got fixed or fixed itself. I'm just saying.

Finger to side of nose.........some streets only go one way.

I have exact same problem and just purchased a new ignition switch.
