Oil & Fuel 50 Hour Service on M8540HD12

My Kubota starts down to -34 C (almost the same number in F at that temp) without any troubles. No block heater. Thought it would be an issue new but never was.

I started with Kubota fluids but now use the supplier of Kubota's premium udt (I don't think its sold in the US).

I got Chevron fluid for my 50 hour service, the dealer was out of the kubota fluid and that was what they had, said it was the same stuff...seems to be fine. I got the engine oil at the co-op.
I like plugging it in for a few hours before starting it in the winter. I can back it up out of the barn faster and let it finish warming up outside in the fresh air...even though it is supposed to have a cleaner burning diesel engine, it still is exhaust.
