Donn12 - congradulations on the 50 hour change!!!! Fun eh? ....as you found out there are indeed 2 filters (well 3 if you count the engine oil one) :confused2: - I was told all ya got to do is spin on the hydro and tranny filter real fast so you dont loose much oil (yea right) - it was comical trying to catch threads and watching the oil gush out - so what I'm say'in is your going to want to replace the hydro oil (nothing wrong with that). Did ya see the two oil fills on the engine - maybe Kubota will show both on the next B series operator manual re-print - I'm at 80 hours now and just looking forward to doing my next service. Oh what fun!

What! Two oil fills on the engine? I have a B2620. I didn't know there are two oil fills. Can you elaborate on this some? Thanks!

I changed the oil using both drain plugs but I only used the top oil fill. It was dirty so I changed the air filter even though it just says to clean it. I changed the trans filter, hydro filter and all of the hydro fluid with fresh SUDT. I know I didn't have to do the fluid and hydro filter but better safe than sorry.
I greased the few zerks that are not on the FEL or BH and I am ignoring the clutch pedal for now.
Maybe its because I have a FEL and backhoe but I only was not able to put all the hydro fluid (4 gal) in that the manual calls for. I actually had to drain some out and it is still over the line. I used 3.25 gallons of hydro fluid.
