I am entertaining the idea of building a cab for my tractor. Before I do it I was going to look into trading my jd 4520 for a 4520 jd w/cab. I am going to keep my loader and backhoe because the dealer said it would be cheaper that way because the backhoes were not bringing very much money. Anyway looking into it they say the 48 hoe will not fit on the new tractor with cab because it will hit the back glass. They say the 485 is different but no one seems to know what the difference is. They look the same to me. Does anybody know are the brackets different? Is the hoe made different or did they just modify the seat post? Any information would help. Thanks.
